Rodler (Rick) Morris, PhD.
Co-founder / President
Co-Founder and President, and PhD in modern European history, Rick leads the MNA innovation, counter-human trafficking, and digital transformation practices. He spent 35 years developing and leading integrated, interdisciplinary innovation, learning, and knowledge capabilities for some of the world’s largest enterprises, focusing on address complex challenges. Using creative teams, Rick designed and successfully applied breakthrough information technology, processes, structures, and leader-development and facilitation approaches. Over their life cycle, these innovations (new ideas successfully applied) have saved many lives and billions of dollars and helped create highly significant new sources of value, including transnational approaches to war and crime fighting. He is a REHOPE Board Member and Senior Adviser to multiple counter-human trafficking and digital-technology startups.
John Nelson
Co-founder / CEO
Our Co-founder and CEO, John has vast experience adapting, integrating and applying diverse methods and frameworks for solving complex problems and enabling organizations to achieve their objectives. For several years, he developed analytical approaches, simulations, models, and strategies for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and non-profit organizations fighting Transnational Organized Crime. More recently his work in industry has focused on modeling customer value, market share, and market sector forecasting. He has delivered strategic planning, knowledge management, training, and problem solving solutions for numerous clients. Since retiring from the Army in 2007, John has published several articles and presented at numerous professional conferences on organizational improvement, analysis and knowledge management topics.

Maria Minchew
Chief Operating Officer
A retired U. S. Army Infantryman, Dave coordinates all strategic program operations from conception through execution. In addition, he serves as a planner and facilitator for multiple training exercises involving Customs and Border Patrol, the Office of Field Operations, the El Paso Intelligence Center and other Department of Homeland Security organizations. Recent activities include: a training and expertise program involving 23 separate skills for novice, apprentice, journeyman and master maturity levels; a series of highly detailed process maps for the Mission Command Center of Excellence’s internal operations and staff procedures; planning and execution of a table-top exercise to orchestrate law enforcement and victim services organizations in support of human trafficking rescue operations.
Maria coordinates all operations, administrative and human resources support to our business. She has 25 years of military operations experience and 20 years of corporate experience supporting Government and commercial customers in training and curriculum development, knowledge management and facilitation, organizational business analysis, process analysis and improvement, and organizational change management. Maria assisted in the development and application of cutting-edge analytical processes and procedures and supported numerous workshops, seminars, studies and projects for U.S. Government, DoD, Army, DHS, tribal, commercial and non-profit customers.
